What is a Flex & Flow foldable reformer bed?

It’s a high quality foldable Pilates reformer designed to give you a smooth, stable, studio level workout while being easy to fold and store when not in use perfect for homes, studios, or instructors needing flexibility.

Is it sturdy when in use?

Absolutely. Once unfolded and locked in place, our reformer feels solid and secure, providing the stability you need for dynamic Pilates sessions without wobble or compromise.

How easy is it to fold and move?

Our reformer is designed to fold and unfold easily in a few simple steps, with built-in wheels to help you move it around without heavy lifting. We provide clear instructions and video guides to assist you.

What is the weight capacity?

Our reformer comfortably supports users up to 150 kg, ensuring it is suitable for a wide range of clients while maintaining performance and safety.

How much space will I need?

When in use, the reformer requires a space similar to a traditional reformer. When folded, it is on wheels for easy movement and measures 129.5 x 67 x 33 cm, making it compact enough to store in corners of the room. This makes it ideal for small spaces or shared living areas.

Who can use it?

Our reformer is suitable for both beginners and advanced Pilates practitioners. Whether you are working on your alignment, building strength, or enhancing flexibility, the Flex & Flow reformer can support your goals.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 5-year warranty on the frame and a 2-year warranty on accessories, covering defects under normal use. For full warranty details or claims, please contact our team during working hours.

Can I use it for all Pilates exercises?

Yes! The Flex & Flow foldable reformer allows you to perform the full range of Pilates exercises you would do on a studio reformer, including footwork, arm work, leg straps, and advanced sequences. 

Do I need help setting it up?

The reformer arrives mostly assembled, and setup is straightforward with our video instructions. If you prefer, we can assist with delivery and installation in your area for a smooth start. We recommend that two people fold and unfold the reformer to prevent injuries and to protect the equipment during handling.
